Doing
OK? Nothing to learn?
- If
you get no feedback, are sure you have no room for improvement?
- If
you are genuinely doing well, are you challenging yourself?
- Are
you trying new things, innovating, taking risks, pushing yourself outside
your comfort zone?
- Can
you afford not to be learning in a world that is changing so fast?
- When
we stay within our comfort zone it is difficult to see what we are not
good at or do not know.
- Even
if you prefer to stay where you are, others are changing, doing new
things, presenting you with new needs and expectations.
- Whatever
your line of business, you have customers - people who are buying your
services.
- If
you get no feedback about how their needs are evolving and how well
you are meeting them, you could be out of business soon.
- We
can't stand still in a world that is changing so fast unless we find
the means to drop out altogether.
- If
that is your wish, what is your plan to get there?
- If
you want to keep up with the changing needs of your customers, how could
you get feedback from them?
- As
you get feedback, would it help to monitor what you learn from it?
- Getting
a more precise understanding of what works and what doesn't will help
you learn and be more effective in serving your customers.
