Learning from feedback

Without feedback we avoid reality. ''I get feedback constantly'', you say? But do you interpret it so it feels right to you? We are actually quite skilled at discounting feedback we don't like, not learning from it as well as we might. Do quiz on receiving negative feedback.

I invite feedback but get angry if it clashes with my views.
