A vision for your team

Why is this area a development need for you? Why bother anyway?

• My workstyle is fairly reactive, so I don't look very far ahead.
  
• I feel that change is too rapid to sustain any long term direction.
• I am internally focused and can't keep up with market changes.
• I am a practical person. For me a vision is too abstract.
