things are easy for you to do? Likely strengths.
- What
sorts of things do you find hard to do? Possible weaknesses.
- What
can you do that your colleagues and friends can't do?
- What
would you like to do more of? Strength or development need?
- What
have you achieved through your personal efforts?
- What
have you achieved working with others?
- What
have you done that you are proud of?
- How
did you get through a difficult time at work? What strengths did you
draw upon in that situation?
- What
have you shown others how to do?
- What
have you learned in recent years?
- What
specialized knowledge do you have?
- What
do others look up to you for?
- What
are you known for? What is your reputation?
- What

- What
personal crises have you survived? How did you do it?

sort of help do people turn to you for?
- You
might have a talent for something you have never done. People often
report seeing someone else doing something they have never done and
saying to themselves: ''I could do that.''
