Making Decisions

There are 2 decision making styles: (1) you gather facts and make your own decision. (2) You ask questions to draw solutions out of others.

What's your decision making style? 

  • Why do you feel you need to improve your decision making?
  • What is it specifically that you would like to be different?
  • What does it mean to make a decision?
  • Is it your decision making or the tough standards you set yourself?
  • How do you decide in the face of complexity and rapid change?
  • Do you feel you do not make good enough decisions often enough?
  • Are you seen as cautious to make decisions?
  • Do you prefer safe decisions and are seen as risk averse?
