What's most important to you? Family? Career? Ambition? What sacrifices will you make to achieve your goals?

What are values? A combination of beliefs and attitudes: beliefs about what is important and your attitude about the relative importance of those beliefs in your life.

How do your values govern how you live and work?

How clear are you about what are really your values?

Do you say that your family is most important to you but consistently put your career first?

Can you rank order  your values?

  • What do YOU really want? Compared with...
    • What you feel you should want. (upbringing, culture)
    • What others want you to do. (partner, family, friends)
    • What you want for yourself.
    • What you say is important versus how you behave.
  • While you want to balance your needs with those of important others, it's good to be clear what are really your own needs.
