Are your development needs your weaknesses? No. Because you could have weaknesses you wouldn't bother to develop. Just as you have strategic strengths, those that are more important than others relative to your goals, your development needs are your strategic weaknesses - those you need to address to achieve your goals. For example, I'm forgetful but addressing this weakness won't help me achieve anything important so it's not a development need for me. What are your feelings about your development needs?
